Staging Consultation

  • Onsite property walkthrough, exterior/curb appeal and room by room recommendations

 

  • Typically takes 60-90 minutes onsite with written report provided within 3 days

 

  • Seller receives written report with staging recommendations that the seller can implement on their own or with my help

Occupied Staging

  • Staging completed in a half or full day session, depending on property

 

  • Use seller’s furniture and belongings where possible

 

  • If needed, we offer a full range of furniture, accessories and soft goods

 

  • Quote can be provided after the staging consultation

Vacant Property Staging

  • Quote provided after initial walkthrough

 

  • Staging day secured after contract

 

  • Includes inventory rental for first 30/60 days, delivery and pickup, install and de-stage.

STAGING CONSULTATION

The consultation consists of a “walk & talk” of the property. We will walk each room of the home, beginning with your “curb appeal and your entryway” as these are the most important areas in your home. 

I will write up a comprehensive “to-do” itemized list of recommendations on how to improve room layouts, flow from room to room, adjacencies between furniture placement, how to create “WOW” focal areas, how to downplay “those not so pretty” areas in a room.  

We will address paint colors (if needed.) I understand the stress level of selling a home and how emotional this process is. I want to make it as simple as possible for you and your client!  We will “teach” you throughout the entire process so you can really understand the “why” behind every suggestion.

OCCUPIED STAGING

My broad assortment of inventory consists of furniture, artwork, accessories and soft goods to match any home’s style. I create a custom design plan for each home and price each project based on its specific home staging needs.

Our occupied home staging services include the design plan, selection of items, pack, prep and delivery, installation of home staging rental items and up to 60 days* rental of home staging items. Pricing varies as each home is unique, and a staging quote is provided after the staging consultation.
